• Which game you were playing and what you were trying to do.
• What happened, and what you expected instead.
• Your device and browser, plus a screenshot if it helps.

Account and privacy questions

For account help or a request about your data, ask to speak privately with the site owner on Discord. Do not post passwords, payment details, or other private information in a public channel.
